Loose tea is not preferred. I did really enjoy the ginger, mint tea in the satchels. Overall, it was a tasty tea.

I was disappointed by the size of the package & no picture of R on the back of the package. I haven't taste it yet. Such a small pack for the price. Iv never tried loose tea so maybe I just don't know.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts! It looks like you received our Cucumber Melon Mint loose leaf blend rather than the special collab with Rashaya, which may be why the packaging wasn’t what you expected.

All of our standard bags are 1.2 ounces, which makes about 15 cups of tea—a nice two-week supply depending on how you steep. If you prefer something more convenient, we also offer sachet blends that are ready to steep without the need for a strainer. We hope you enjoy your first experience with loose leaf, it’s a fresh and flavorful way to sip!

This tea taste absolutely amazing. The taste is refreshing and way better from the prepared tea bags. Trust me you will not regret purchasing delicious tasting tea. I never knew loose leaf tea would taste so good and they provide the bags. now I don’t have to steep different bags into my one cup this tea offers everything in one steep bag.

How much does shipping cost?

For orders under $35, we charge a flat fee of $5.00 for shipping anywhere in the U.S. For orders over $35, shipping is FREE. The cost of international shipping will depend on the country and will be calculated at checkout.

When will I receive my order?

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Can I track my order status?

Yes, you can! Once we process and ship your order, you will receive an email with details about your shipping carrier and a tracking code, where you can track your order status.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! However the delivery times for international shipping are slightly longer and they will vary from 14 days to 25 days, depending on the country we ship to.

The products you've received don't match your expectations? Please email us with details within 3 days of receiving your order. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we offer complimentary replacements if you are not satisfied. Please Note: order refunds are based on products less any discounts applied and processing fees. A restock/refund processing fee of $15 may apply.  Shipping cost will not be refunded if the order has been processed with a tracking number.

What happens if my products arrive damaged?

We are here to help you replace it. Just email us at hello@sipqualitea.com within 3 days of receiving the package together with a photo of the damaged product and we will be sure to send you a new one.
